ITI stands for Industrial Training Institute. It is also known as ITI's It provides training in engineering and non-engineering technical fields.distinct username The Department of Technical Education and Skill Development (DTE&SD), Madhya Pradesh Government has been working to ensure the desired skilled manpower for an all-round development of the state. The Directorate of Skill Development is functioning under DTE&SD, GoMP administers the Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs) across the state of Madhya Pradesh.
Industrial Training Institutes (ITIs):
At present, there are 238 Government ITIs and 823 Private ITIs in the state of Madhya Pradesh. These Industrial Training Institutes provide skill development training and have seating capacity of approximately 50000 in Government ITIs and 115000 in Private ITIs and in total approximately 1,65,000.
